Our Investments

Real Estate Investments

Lakeside has real estate investments in Washington, Idaho, Kansas and Arizona. These investments include active farm land in the Inland Northwest, commercial land and office buildings in both Johnson County (KS) and Coeur d’Alene (ID) and residential and commercial land in Arizona.

Private Equity Investments

Lakeside holds investments in a number of community banks within the Inland Northwest. Lakeside is also a key investor in over a half-dozen additional companies, in the area of finance, manufacturing services, and software development.

Public Equity Investments

Lakeside’s public equity portfolio includes corporate and municipal bonds, MLP’s, individual equities, and options. While the majority of Lakeside’s public investments are directed by the CEO, Lakeside uses outside advisors from various brokerage firms.

Hedge Fund Investments

Lakeside is currently invested in a portfolio of hedge funds that pursue fundamentally diverse strategies across global markets.
